I have seen many designers who has the ability to make their drawings to life( cool!).

On making a drawing to digital art, what can you suggest? using a tablet or start from a paper and pencil?

Well, if you talking about your drawings literally looking realistic, then either approach doesn't matter. You'll still have to make an outline of your character before you can apply details necessary to accomplish your vision. If you really want an accurate answer, though; then, my suggestion is for you to simply do what is most comfortable to you. Are you better at using a tablet, or paper? It all depends on what you like using the most.

Okay.. Thanks!.. I'll take your advice..

I am  just wondering how Professionals do it. hmm

usually I draw on paper.. It was 5 years ago @@..haha.. Got to refresh this hands a bit..

Ha, I was told "just practice" by a guy who draws anime characters the other day at my college. I went home, and actually did what he said; and a week later, I was drawing faces and shoulders like him (now I have about 4 pages of anime drawings that I never thought I could draw before hehe). So, my best advice right there is inherited advice, which is simply "just practice." Also, remember the KISS note: keep it simple, stupid!

Good luck with your awesome drawing potentials.

well as technology has advanced a lot so as the methods so i would say one should use digital art but classics are always classics and no technology can over take it so if you have time why not start from paper pencil
