Ok, so as many of you know about the glass filters in Photoshop and may have used them in the past or just for learning purposes. I am now facing an issue where a client would like to have a specific box look like they are looking through glass to the background image which they have chosen to go with a photography image. So the box would blur the background only in the area that the box will be, where ever they may decide. Now I am hoping that those of you out there that know how to fix this would reply with how I (or any other reader) would be able to do this.

Thanks in advance!
