Do you know the humans.txt file?

Similar to the robots.txt that you usually see on websites, the humans.txt is a new trend that gives info about the team behind the site.
Some famous sites already have the humans.txt, for example: http://www.google.com/humans.txt

For more info go to: humans.txt official site

And if you wish peek my blog post (with link to my humans.txt): http://www.edgaralmeida.net/blog/

So? Do you have a humans.txt? Share yours...

Finally some thing for the designers and developers.....

Till date only few sites or company round the world took the pain to introduce the designers and developers to the viewers.......

But now they will get the recognition (designers and developers) that they deserve, the human.txt should be made compulsion for any site like robots.txt file.....

Thanks Edgar for the information....

You're welcome...

I heard there are plugins for chrome (and firefox too i think) that automaticaly looks for the humans.txt on sites, but i haven't tried that yet...

If now prime search engines add humans.txt file as one of the PR Criteria, then it will be very good......
Heh, this is new to me, Kinda of a cool, quirky idea, adds a nice personal touch I reckon.
I understand it and it is kinda cool concept but I am not sure if it is any better than what most have done in past and used comment blocks at the beginning or end of a page of code that is easily seen when you view source. I do like the idea of the browser reading the file or detecting it and someway displaying a notice that it is there though. If browsers made it standard function then it would really take off.

yeah, i agree, if the browser would made it a standard would be great...

I think that it's more of a conceptual idea just for fun, but if it catches on it probably will become something more standard.
