During Halloween season, masks are definitely in. Halloween gives people the perfect excuse to cover up their faces and look silly and out of this world even for just a day. You’ll see masked kids trick-or-treating, masked teens partying and even masked adults walking around indifferently to get in the Halloween spirit. Now if you’re planning to take part in this year’s celebration, nothing would be cooler than parading around wearing a unique handcrafted mask.
At one point in our lives, we’ve all made handcrafted masks, whether it be for a school assignment or just for fun. For my part, I remember making lousy ones using cutout cardboard from cereal boxes that I would never dare to wear outside the house. I also made one mask for a class in college using plaster bandage strips and acrylic paint that I used to be proud of.
