Vector illustrations has been one of the most popular variations of design work today. With the popularity of Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw and other software in creating vector based graphics, more and more traditional artists and designers are taking the new opportunities in the world of digital illustration. We have seen so much about vector graphics over the years but only a few artists have developed their own unique style and approach. One such artist is French illustrator David Vicente, who combined his love of Psychobilly culture with his awesome talent in illustration.
David’s vector works are characterized by the retro style of drawing and inspired by rock and punk elements more specifically for Psychobilly. His early drawings were inspired by bands like Meteors, The Cramps, Bat Mobile, etc. He started his career by drawing monsters and designing characters that are “rebel” in their ways. In cooperation with various magazines, fashion agencies, and photographers, David has drawn posters, logos, tattoo designs, American cars, skateboards, motorcycles, sexy women and more!
