An experiment by the people behind the app DeskTime finds that the highest-performing employees work for around 52 minutes for every 17-minute break.

The Huffington Post put together the infographic above with the somewhat bold claim/title How to Have the Perfect Workday.  True, a lot of it is just a rip-off of the Pomodoro method, but if it helps anyone, then more power to them.
